Brock USA, a dynamic, rapidly growing composite materials company headquartered in Boulder, CO, is seeking an aggressive, organized and highly effective sales professional to serve as National Sales Manager for our Sports Field construction division. Responsibilities include the management and oversight of all existing product lines and the sales staff involved. National Sales Manager will be involved in strategic planning, and be responsible for the execution of the annual sales plan. Also included in the responsibilities are management of all sales activities including trade shows, sales tracking, reporting, and implementation of marketing initiatives. Person must be willing to travel 50% in North America, and be a hands-on salesperson, as well as an effective manager.

Position requirements

  • Successful sales experience in public and private construction projects is required.
  • A basic understanding of civil construction, examples – parking lots, roads, Athletic fields.
  • Highly professional, action-oriented and organized with strong follow-up skills.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years selling specified products to design professionals, such as architects and civil engineers or similar.
  • A minimum of 5 years sales team management experience with documented history of exceeding quota.
  • Technically proficient, with excellent presentation, communication, lead generation, networking and follow-up skills.
  • Location: Boulder, CO, but other locations will be considered depending on candidate
