A Brock Performance Base field isn’t installed like one built with a traditional stone base. And the reality is, when the base spec leaves the control of the designer, material and processes that are essential to the construction of the base may be inadvertently altered. Subcontractors may not understand that if the base construction process isn’t followed exactly, problems with installation and possibly field performance may exist. Finding out about these issues after the field is built is not a situation that anyone wants to be in. That’s why Brock developed the BaseWorks program- the only program of its kind.

Within our program, a Project Manager will be assigned to your field project as a “hands-on” advocate for the architects spec, ensuring that each step is performed by the appropriate professional, sufficiently documented, verified and backed by hard copy tests and certification. As each step is performed, your BaseWorks Project Manager will notify you through e-mail offering password protected access to your project on-line where you may view images, documents, and the latest site progress on your project. This information is also compiled into a hardcopy project binder, which is then given to the field owner and architect upon project completion.
Brock’s BaseWorks Program is currently available for field projects throughout California and Mid-Atlantic/New England states. The cost for this service is extremely affordable- a mere fraction of the cost of what it takes to build a completed field - plus you get peace of mind. Please contact us for further information on how our Brock BaseWorks program can make your life easier and ensure you get the high quality field you want.
